A site visit (up to 2 hours) and full measurements and photography of the room.
Design drawings and elevations of your new room.
Review of up to 3 showrooms quotes (if needed).
Floor plan (2D).
Before/Designed Walk-in video.
4 Rendered Images.
1 Revision.
Detailed scope of work direction and project.
Mood board presentation.
4 hours together shopping time.
Color scheme selection.
Lighting selection.
Full estimate of all specified materials.
1 Site visit during construction to ensure the project is going smoothly.

Walk-through (entire Property).
Up to 4 hours of design consultation time (design concept & ideas).
A site visit (up to 2 hours) and full measurements and photography of your yard.
Design drawings and elevations of your new yard.
Floor plan (2D).
Up to 10 Rendered Images.
2 Revision.
Mood board presentation.
Up to 6 hours together furniture shopping time.
1 Site visit during construction to ensure the project is going smoothly.
